The point isn’t veracity, or court decisions. That’s why I said “if true”. “If” just indicates a logical conditional, “if a then b”. My point is that it’s more salient if true, more than some stupid sexual assault or misogynistic shit said.

I’m South Vietnamese, maybe this helps for context idk. I have recent ancestors who were publicly beheaded by communists and my last ancestral homes were burnt into the ground. Mausoleums of my ancestors desecrated dating back to 1750 so there would be no record of what belonged to us. All so that everyone could be “equal”. All because of people who can’t stand the wealthy (landowners at the time). You think all these leftist tendencies are “empathetic” until there’s a gun to your head. It’s not a joke, man. You can just be free to fight about it online here and now. You never had to fight for your life to escape the tyranny of the left. I didn’t either, but it’s a part of my heritage and I was raised a certain way.
Beyond that, I’ve never once said anything to you that suggests that your opinions are just you being brainwashed. Nothing I’ve ever said suggests I don’t properly think about these things. You’ve never been on the right — I’ve been on the left, and completely indoctrinated by academic institutions. So I think it’s wrong to act like I’m some narrowminded person who is just following some tribal impulse
If anything people on the right have standards and care about merits the most, and fundamentally. That’s why all the left can do is irrelevant character smearing while ignoring obvious SALIENT merits.
