I was on a Meet and Greet from Seeking last week. She was decent looking and reasonably friendly. I was thinking it would be worthwhile taking her for a spin.
After scarfing down a salad, main course, a glass of wine, desert and coffee .... she announced that she didn't think we were a match.
She admitted that she hasn't had a "match" since October when her previous SD split with her.
Apparently, she just likes free dinners.
I can afford to buy dinner but I don't appreciate having my time wasted.
Oh well.
Unless you're brutally ugly (I doubt it) and from that she could instantly decide if you are a yes/no at first meeting, isn't sharing the meal/discussion with you supposed to help her decide if you two are in any way compatible beyond looks? Sounds like she did just that. Why do you see it as time wasting?
