I'm fine with tax cuts [when you have balanced budgets and a surplus to begin paying down debt] but there are much better tax cuts and special needs tax cuts.

I am also fine with sifting taxes from one source to another, but again, those people in Ottawa and Queens Part of all sorts have too much derpamine in their herpathalmus.

If Ford budgets a $8 billion deficit and he ends up with an $8 billion deficit, What's the change is financial position?
If Trudeau budgets a $40 billion deficit and he ends up with an over $50 billion deficit, What's the change is financial position?

This is why they are not comparable. One is on budget, the other is not.

But DoFo budgeted a $400 million surplus and ended up with an $8 billion deficit, as reported above.
