Answer: "Carlisle Bells" given to winner of the Carlisle Bell horse race.
The Carlisle Bell is a historic Britishflat horse race first contested in 1599 and still run today. The race's name relates to the bells which were awarded to the winners of the race in the reign of Elizabeth I
I was at the game. Got to see Roger Clemens a lot in the 2 seasons he was here. But he was bested that day by Expos pitcher Jeff Juden. 14 K's.

David Price is the easy one for me. Bryan Bullington briefly pitched for us. Matt Bush is one of the ones who never pitched for us. Drawing a blank on the other one. Perhaps a coach, since a coach is technically property as well?
I think that means there are 5 then. I had 2 who played for the Jays and you added a 3rd. I think we need 1 more who was contracted by the Jays, but never played and the OP missed 1 of the 3 we identified.

Correct. That game was in 1997. (Will add that I saw an article about it from 2014 — it’s possible the record was eventually broken)
I was at the Friday and Sunday games of that inaugural inter league series but did not go to the Canada Day game.
I think the missing one is a player drafted by the Jays out of HS who didn't sign and went to college and later became a No. 1 selection.

Someone drafted who didn't sign would not be property of an MLB team. It's different in other sports, (Examples: Eric Lindros in the NHL, Steve Francis in the NBA, John Elway in the NFL), where an unsigned draft pick can be traded; that's not allowed in Major League Baseball, in fact, no trades of draft picks are permitted, and signed draft picks must have a minimum amount of service time with their organization before they're eligible to be traded. It used to be one year from the date the contract was signed, but it's less than that now.

Dave Roberts, the terrible 3B/utility guy for the Padres. In defense of the Padres management, 1972 was horrible. Chet Lemon was by far the best player, drafted 22nd overall.
