I needed to the third time I was there. She said something about it being required from the place she rents from. It makes sense to me
It's for several reasons. The main being all legit spa's and holistic massage places ask you to fill out a consent form. It shows them where you need work done are ok to be touched etc.. This document makes her business look more legit. She told me she does have legit customers so this makes sense. Might allow those legit customers to feel better about seeing her and that it isn't a HE place. Her landlord asking for those is a bit of an overreach unless there were some sort of complaints. As it's a short term lease they can be kicked out anytime so she might keep those handy. It also might have to do with insurance because maybe Jeanie and AJ don't have a numbered company and then no insurance therefore using the landlords insurance instead. It's already set up to be a spa so I'm assuming it's insured for that. For her safety it also might make some sketchy dude less likely to try anything if she has their info. Not that anyone would put their real info going for a HE but they could get caught off guard. They have cameras there in the stairs, lobby so signing the form is the least of your worries "Paul".
well that is not the rate for Jeannie. not sure i know anyone that would pay $140 for just he.

Last time I went it was 90 for the hour and 40+ for extras, So 130 minimum and that was for topless which is the only thing offered.
She’s decent looking and has a good personality but as for the massage it was very light and almost nonexistent, The finish is usually a bonus.
compared to La villa or some of the more notable spas its just a HE for 130.
Overall not a bad experience I just prefer a decent massage

Yeah, it was like that fir the first few minutes of my first massage with her, Im quick to ask for more whatever so once I asked her to use more pressure she obliged. There are for sure stronger masseuses out there though! She does a "feather touch" one I saw on her site so maybe that's the default until you ask for more lol
If you read Jeanie’s website she comes across as a therapist providing holistic services. Promoting wellness for your body and mind. She does Not talk about nude, nude reverse, body slide massages.
I am not sure what her business model is. Is she really trying to run a holistic/wellness centre or is she running a rub & tug?
I assume it's not a full rub and tug. She is focused on the massage as a non RMT but if she is comfortable and you're willing to pay, she will give you a HE. I never got the topless option smoffered but also, I only saw her when she was just starting off. @JeanieSqueeze may want to weigh in?
The vibe I get from her website is that she does not want to be in the rub & tug business. She talks about tantra which is so different from a massage and a HE. Tantra focuses on breathing and energy. I have gone to see a few tantra providers over the years. The practitioners I have seen did the sessions in the nude. You start off facing each other naked and breathing together. Then the focus goes to directing your energy. This is done through touching and body to body contact. The sessions concludes with prostate stimulation and edging followed by a euphoric release.
I feel like most of her clients are looking for a massage and HE much like you would get at LaVilla or Pickering Angels.
I think what you want it is what most of the members want. If you take her website seriously she is not promoting that. Jeanie’s website falls more into line with what the tantra providers in Toronto offer.
I think a lot of members will be disappointed if they are looking for a firm or erotic massage. Others that are looking for a holistic treatment may be very happy. Perhaps @JeanieSqueeze can clarify her treatment plan.
Don't just make assumptions, reach out and have your questions answered. Pretty simple..
