Anyone foreign citizen outside of Israel who can simply prove that he's Jewish is automatically granted israeli citizenship upon arrival.

And people who can prove they are married to a Canadian citizen get Canadian citizenship, these things are just preference in immigration law. So what?

The UN says that it's the state responsibility to prevent statelessness regardless of people expressing interest or not.

An obligation Israel is fulfilling by working to create a Palestinian state. An obligation Syria and Lebanon have blatantly failed to c fulfill by denying citizenship to third generation Palestinians born in their territory. Syrian born Palestinians whose parents and grandparents were all born in Syria are denied Syrian citizenship, and yet you blame Israel?

Sorry but you are a hypocritical bloody bigot.

Bullshit. Did Canada deport natives and denied them the right to return to their homes

Neither did Israel. You are attempting to rewrite history. Israel didn't deport anyone and all is preventing them from returning is their refusal to agree to peace, a precondition spelled out by the UN resolution you previously cited.

Are you saying that it was part of the UK between 1917 and 1948 ?
So according to you:
1- There was no palestinian state before 1948-> Therefore It was part of the UK
2-There is no palestinian state now-> The west bank isn't part of Israel
Don't you see the contradictions between your statements 1 and 2

No, it was a territory occupied by the UK, not part of the UK, just like it is presently occupied by Israel, not part of Israel.

You have significant mental issues understanding the word occupation.

Another lie. This what the UN website says about palestinian refugees, it considers their children to be recognized also as refugees

http://www.unrwa.org/who-we-are

Actually that simply identities who is eligible for aid. It has nothing to do with citizenship, and UNRWA does code original refugees differently from their descendants, while providing financial assistance and services to both.

To my knowledge , Netenyahu is the one who explicitly rejected two weeks ago that palestinians have their own state.
Abbas never said that he doesn't want a state
Abbas never said that Israel shouldn't exist, stop lying.

And I have repeatedly given you a newer quote proving you are wrong, so you are just lying here. You have also repeatedly ignored the point that he does not have the power to make such determinations anyway, he is not authoritative, only the Knesset is.

So let's summarize the statments of Fuji and basketcase regarding the West Bank

1- Israel owns , controls and even maintain civilian settlements on a land that isn't part of any other ( past , current or future) state but this land is still not considered as part of the state of Israel. Does it make any sense ?

This is false. You know this is false. You are a liar.

2-Israel is democratic because it granted the citizenship to a minority of arabs ( as long this percentage is less than jews) but it's also democratic to deny the right of voting to the majority of arabs to prevent an arab majority vote and keep make sure there will always be a jewish majority vote

Every single Israeli Arab has the vote. Every single one.

.
3- There are dictatorships in the neighbouring arab countries and therefore Israel is a democracy.

Israel is a democracy because everyone in Israel votes in free and fair elections, Israel had open and independent courts, and upholds the rule of law.

4- If you disagree with the politics of a foreign government, you're racist

No one had said that. You are a racist because you intentionally lie in order to incite hatred.

So let's summarize ...

Lets summarize reality.

1) Every Israeli citizen no matter their ethnicity or religion has full legal equality

2) Not a single international organization considers the West Bank a part of Israel.

3) The Palestinians in the West Bank overwhelmingly don't want to be Israeli.

4) Despite 2 and 3 you think Palestinians should be forced to become Israeli citizens.

4) Meanwhile generations of people born in Arab states are allowed citizenship but their lack of rights doesn't seem to bother you.

Pretty clear what option they are hoping for.

In fact, it was the same thing Arafat was hoping for when he claimed to support the state of Israel.

So let's summarize the statements of Fuji and basketcase regarding the West Bank

1- Israel owns , controls and even maintain civilian settlements on a land that isn't part of any other ( past , current or future) state but this land is still not considered as part of the state of Israel. Does it make any sense ?

Absolutely.

2-Israel is democratic because it granted the citizenship to a minority of arabs ( as long this percentage is less than jews) but it's also democratic to deny the right of voting to the majority of arabs to prevent an arab majority vote and keep make sure there will always be a jewish majority vote.

Your misuse of the word "deny" has already been addressed.

As to the larger point, it isn't -- or shouldn't be -- an issue. Israel was created to be a Jewish nation-state. It was not created to be a slaughterhouse for Jews. It would be nothing short of a tragedy for the majority of Israel's population to be anything other than Jewish.

3- There are dictatorships in the neighbouring arab countries and therefore Israel is a democracy.

Your use of the word "therefore" is incorrect, as this is not a case of cause and effect. But if you take that word out, the sentence is entirely accurate.

4- If you disagree with the politics of a foreign government, you're racist.

Nope. But there are enough anti-Semites among Israel's critics to make us all feel uncomfortable.

Of course the fact that an overwhelming majority of Palestinians oppose it is irrelevant. Of course since it's been more than a decade since the last election, I guess they don't have much top worry about.

Palestinians are quite clear that they oppose a One State solution and lesser majority oppose a Two State solution.

The UN rejected Palestininian statehood just few months ago why are you lying.

Palestinian statehood bid fails to pass UN Security Council vote
http://www.haaretz.com/news/diplomacy-defense/.premium-1.634637

Now the UN and netenyahu rejetcted paelstinian statehood, who recognizes their statehood ? Only you ?

Sorry you don't have a clue. The UN recognized Palestine as a state in United Nations General Assembly resolution 67/19. What you are referring to is an application for UN Membership, not recognition as a state.

Palestine is a "non-member state" and has that official status at the UN.

I am unsure whether you are just ignorant or whether you were intentionally trying to misrepresent that, but either way loses trust.

Of course they are. They want to reverse their loss in the 1947 war by somehow magically convincing Israel to hand over the keys to the country, IDF will somehow just go away, and the Jews will all line up obediently to be ethnically cleansed from the Middle East. That is some Palestinian hate fantasy

It isn't going to happen.

Israel isn't going to suicide. The only real alternative to a two state solution is a no state solution. The territories gets absorbed by Jordan and Egypt, or UNRWA just takes over the task of administering the west bank.

Ideally Israel and Palestine negotiate land swaps to legitimize the border between them roughly along the line of the security wall. Worst case Israel just annexes the territory inside the wall and unilaterally withdraws from the areas outside the wall.

Either way Israel will remain intact, it is up to the Palestinians to decide whether what is outside the wall is a state or not.

Syria is in civil war and no longer a functional state, syrian themselves are becoming refugees in other countries , let alone taking refugees. The palestinians living in Syria already fled to Turke and even far north to sweden . Why are you asking a non functional state to take responsibility of refugees when its own citizens are becoming refugees , who is the hypocritical bloody bigot ?

Lebanon the same. And Syria WAS a functioning state from 1947 through 2007, that is SIXTY YEARS during which they never gave citizenship to the Palestinians living there.

Note that these are not immigrants these are people naturally born in Lebanon and Syria.. Their ancestors may have been refugees but these people were overwhelmingly born in Syria and Lebanon.

Yet somehow they are supposed to be Israeli? Fuck no. They are Lebanese and Syrian, just as the children of Palestinian refugees who came to Canada are natural born Canadians.

so that excuses Israel of denying them the right to return ?

Israel isn't denying anyone the right to return.

Israel is waiting for the precondition to be met, per the UN resolution. Sixty years later the Palestinians STILL refuse to accept peace with Israel. For FORTY YEARS, prior to Oslo, the vehement and publicly shouted Palestinian position was they would NEVER meet that condition, NEVER make peace. Since then they have been TALKING about MAYBE making peace but have never done so. Hamas still say they will NEVER make peace. The PLO talk about it but walked away from the last peace offer by Israel.

That was just cultural statehood like Quebec has delegations outside Canada to offer cultural services

Let's let the resolution speak for itself:

"Decides to accord to Palestine non-member observer State status"

Keep squirming.

Quebec does not have the status of a non member observer state at the UN. The Vatican is an example of another state with non member observer state status. It IS state status, just not a right to vote in the UN GA.

Palestine used its status as a STATE to join the ICC and several other treaty organizations that only states can join.

The Security Council DID NOT reject that non member observer state status. It simply refused to upgrade it from non member observer state to member state. Switzerland sat in the UN as a non member observer state until 2002 when it finally applied for membership.

A state does not need to be a UN member to be a state.
