Yeah, the value that was in Portugal just a year ago disappeared quickly. Still value to be found in the “independents” from classified ads, but the established EP and AX ladies are basically the same price as midtier girls in the GTA.

Lisbon is very compact and Uber is active. The incalls are spread out, i.e., there is not a red-light district. So you can stay anywhere in the city.
The hotels are girl-friendly, just like Toronto. Women are treated as equal citizens and allowed to roam freely. If there is no elevator key-card, she just comes up to your room. Otherwise you meet her in the lobby and go up together. No one there gives a shit. I like the Holiday Inn hotels in Lisbon, for no other reason than they remind me of the days that Holiday Inns gave great customer service in the U.S.

I will never top @Patron ’s responses in terms of completeness, but here’s my perspective;
As recently as last year, Portugal was a tremendous value vs Toronto, Vancouver, or Montreal. You were paying €150 (~$225 CAD) or less for an hour outcall with a hot woman with a pretty open menu. Earlier this year, we saw prices shoot up for the girls at the “agencies” (they’re not really agencies like here, they’re more like advertising platforms and booking services) to €200/hr for outcall. “Indies” (girls who advertise on classifieds and other sites) can still be booked for €60-80/hh and €120-150/hr.
