Well for someone you think is old and has dementia, he certainly fought a hard campaign and has more than 1/2 of the country's support and after almost being assassinated.
He's stronger and smarter than you think (or want to believe).

ps everything you are saying has been tried for several years and has backfired. At the very least, come up with some new persecution tactics. Just sayin'.

You are misinformed that everyone who voted Trump belong to the cult.
Sure there is the core cultish base.
But 72M people voted for him. 51% of the electorate.
There was more to their vote than being part of a cult.
Your response is part of the problem.
This is the view that caused the Dems to not address actual problems and lose the election.
And they will continue to lose in the coming years if they dont fix this disconnect.

Remember that this was Trump's nephew who disclosed it. So, I will take his word for it, and his incoherence, and rants in his speeches does confirm it!!
Trump has a base of cult followers who believe every crap that comes out of his mouth. However, those others who switched allegiances etc believe that he will improve the economy. Wishful thinking!! Hence, You keep on catching the bull by the tail constantly!!

There are various factors that caused the Democrats to lose the elections.
Starting with Biden deciding to run in order to be re-elected was a huge error, and then leaving Harris with just 100 days or so especially when Biden was starkly down in the polls was one gigantic mountain to climb. The Israel-Gaza war was another factor that caused a significant loss in the votes especially in the swing states. Have to give Harris a lot of credit with the manner in which she campaigned but it was too much of a steep mountain to climb, even though she spanked Trump in that debate. Remember that all Governments in the developed nations are undergoing or have done so in the manner in which the Global Challenges have impacted their economies. Be it the war in Ukraine, The Supply Chains, The Effects of the Economy closures due to Covid, The Impact of Climate Change and wars on the Food and Fuel prices and last but not least the resulting Inflation, this was not going to be an easy campaign. All the Democrats have to do in 4 years is go through a proper nomination process and then be ready for the next elections. They will probably take back the House and or Senate in the mid terms!!

Was his nephew a doctor who diagnosed him?
Trump is dumb, ill-informed and vainglorious.
But he does not have dementia.

You can't win without the center in the US which is why 2020 even with the win, the dems should have gone into serious reconsideration mode, considering how weak/bat shit crazy Trump is.

Once again where did his nephew claim that Trump was diagnosed with "Dementia"?
Especially, when he said this:

In other words as the title of that post stated that he clarified that Trump had the "Symptoms" of Dementia as due to the family history and how he keeps on repeating the same stuff to his nephew several times!!

Now we can have the symptoms of influenza although we are not diagnosed with it. Does not mean we have the Flu as yet!!

it does not matter what he calls the USMCA
he will exercise the USA option to reopen the deal in 2026 -that is a given
Trump , the Mexican President (Claudia Sheinbaum) and PM Poilievre will meet and talk and then delegate their respective objectives to their respective negotiating teams and that is where the rubber will hit the road.

Supply management ie Dairy will be a target , which is hot button issue in Quebec and thus a political hot potato for Poilievre
do not expect the softwood lumber issue to be settled in our favor
A firm commitment (ie action) to increase defense spending by PM Poilievre prior to USMCA would be prudent.

Claudia Sheinbaum is a former mayor of Mexico city and has been described as a life-long leftist
she is also Mexico’s first woman leader,

How does he KNOW that Trump is showing symptoms of Dementia?
In other words, how did he ascertain that these symptoms are specifically of dementia and not Trump just being Trump?
