I got a msg from her and she is using a different number than the 1 in the ad. Can anyone verify that it's her??

No clue how I would, or anyone else do that.

Did you ask why is there a different number??

Ask for a current pic of her with today's date or something..? To confirm..

Also did you like send a message to the one that was in the ad, then got a response back from a different number? I have seen that happen before, where they can reply back with the other one so they use a different one. 🫤
