Multiple times people have done dating site experiments where they use pictures of really hot models but the text talks about how they enjoy fucking children. They're just following procedural law as it's written. Unless the law is changed, he will continue to go before the parole board every so often. Does seem pointless, doesn't it.

In Darwin, Australia they have an attraction where you are lowered in a cage into a tank with saltwater crocodiles. Put Bernardo in it and have the cage door malfunction and open accidentally. Feeding time for the crocs.
