Who is the career plus-minus leader for the Leafs?

I don't think they counted that stat until the 1970's. I'll go with Borje Salming.

Who is the career plus-minus leader for the Leafs?

Not him either

Damn. It can't be Gilmour he wasn't here long enough. Can't be Wendel he was on those woeful 80's teams. I don't think it would be Sittler, McDonald or Turnbull. I'm stumped.

Um lets see
could it be a defenceman who just happens to have a coffee shop or 2 named after him:biggrin:

What it can't be. They didn't start counting plus minus until the 1970's

Borje Salming was not known for fighting, but who was his first NHL fight against?

Nope

I think its gotta be a Flyer or a Bruin. Terry O'Reilly?

Correct! Tim Horton has a career +151

Salming is in second place at +150

I looked it up and see that they are counting Horton's stats going back to the early 60's even though the league only officially starting calculating it in the 1967-68 season.

Borje Salming was not known for fighting, but who was his first NHL fight against?

ANSWER: Dave Schultz, it was a draw. It was Salming's first game against the Flyers, he did not know Schultz's reputation. His teammates later told him that he just fought the toughest guy in the league

Amazing.
Schultz wasn't only the toughest guy around, he was strong as anything, Salming really held his own.
My all time favourite Leaf.
