What NHL team had the greatest goal differential in a season? (name the season also)

probably the Canadiens in 76-77
isnt that the year they only lost 10 games or something?


Correct!, they only lost 8 games that year, IMO , they were the greatest team ever, they would have kicked Gretzky's Oilers ass.

it would have been an interesting 7 game series to say the least
Robinson..Savard..Lapointe on defense
against the speed of Gretzky Kurri and Messier

THAT is a series I would pay big money to see I think that is the year Robinson had a +/- 100 or more

I agree!, someone should do a computer simulation game between the 2 teams, I'm sure it's possible.
