Lakeridge Motel in Whitby had a 2 hour rate of $50 a few years back. I'm not sure if they still offer it as the owners might have changed. Back when I used to use it, it was cash only for that special. HTH

I once booked a room at La Quinta downtown Oshawa for 2 or 3 hours during the day, but that was a few years ago. Might be worth a try.

different prices depending on the day,, I have it for day by "hotelsbyday" $109 10am to 4pm
