I’m thinking Lion King but am I wrong? Trying to do a big lump some on novelty bets in FanDuel. I’m also considering if Toronto will break its heat record and or who the next Mississauga mayor will be.

Yeah, blockbuster of 2024. Lion king comes in December so dead pool has time to make money while lion king has a shorter timeline.

One more thing. If the rumoured cameo of Taylor Swift as Dazzler in Deadpool is true(her and Blake Lively are tight and she would be up for it, funny enough Marvel just anounced a new Dazzler comic to come out.. .) Its a game changer in terms of audience.

Things are so tight lipped but early showings to test audiences are glowing.

I would guess Deadpool 3 Taylor Swift or no Taylor swift. However, $700 million is a very respectable number.

I've been shocked for awhile by the Worldwide Grosses for blockbusters. I think it's why Hollywood swings for the fences with big budget action flicks and proven sequels. Action transcends culture. Sequels usually don't require building affinity towards the character. Eventually, sequels run their course but they can make a boatload of money until they bust.

Ryan Reynolds is very entertaining as Deadpool.

I imagine Deadpool & Wolverine are going to be a huge hit. The big kids movie is probably going to be Despicable Me. I think a dark horse might be Gladiator 2.
