I don’t know of anything hourly but I think Motel 6 is the cheapest

I usually stay at the Hampton by the Casino (higher price point but fun if you like casinos) or the Best Western (average price point) because I can fish the river out back. LOL. Been awhile since I have used a hotel in Peterborough though so my info might be outdated.
