I had no intentions of spending any money, but saw this Grill and Griddle. I'm a sucker for a big breakfasts.

Too expensive if you ask me.
I would buy a stove top griddle.
Would be half the price and do the same job.

Are you OK with cleaning it? Do you have a place out of sight in your kitchen to store it? 1 No = No. 2 yeses = up to you.

I have an iron Le Creuset griddle that is fantastic to cook on and a pain. in the ass to clean. Otherwise, that’s what I’d recommend. Definitely will last forever and never break.
