HI, thanks for letting us know about that bad experience you had - really sorry but yes I would agree with other and try to stick with those who have good reviews but understand the need for a change. By the way you said you had a great experience with Lexi - was that the Lexi who seems to be on tour and I think then went to Quebec now Calgary.
