Istead of potatoes use celeriac, celery root, is very low in carbs and calories with tons of
nutrients.

Peel then

  • Try it raw — sliced or grated — in salads, coleslaw or French celeriac remoulade.
  • Boil and mash the vegetable as an alternative to potatoes or other root vegetables.
  • Roast or bake celeriac like potatoes.
  • Cook and blend it for soups, sauces, pies and casseroles.

Most of the empty carbs and calories come from the pizza dough.

Use tortillas for a low carb and low calorie pizza.

I buy the large tortillas, they are good for one serving.
I enjoy sprouted spelt but have not tried them all.

The key is to brush tortilla with olive oil then bake until brown and hard then add toppings then bake some more

It is better than delivery as it is quick and cheaper and waaaaaay healthier than junk food pizza
