I thought with Nick Arbuckle at QB they were going to get buried...Thankfully for the city of Toronto I was wrong.
Another exciting Grey Cup game and well covered by TSN. The CFL may not be the best football league in terms of skill, but it is definitely a fun watch.
LIke I've said before, CFL is more entertaining than NFL.
I might narrow the scope of that comment.
I'd say that Grey Cup games are more entertaining than Super Bowls.
Fantastic game - that 4th qtr was epic. NA4 deserved the MVP and a great story and a great ending. I hope fortune follows that journey man.
The CFL used to be significantly more entertaining than the NFL. More passing, more ways to score. The NFL has caught up in many ways when they made rule changes that basically protect the quarterback....so there is more passing in the NFL now.
Anyways, it was great to see the Argos pull it out. I was also worried after Chad Kelly broke his leg that this was an unlikely victory...
In the 3rd quarter 4:17 left, when Winnipegs Bonds intercepts the ball, why was it not challenged. From the back awesome catch, from the front he only got one leg down and was fumbling the ball when he went out of bounds.
Had to educate myself. CFL one foot inbounds, NFL two feet inbounds, for a catch to be complete.
