There is nothing inherently wrong about countries that are formed around ethnic majority and they are not automatically “apartheid”. Israel is an ethnic state and so are eg Germany and Spain and historically the majority of countries.
Apartheid means racial segregation (comes from the word “apart”). It is obviously not the most humane and inclusive concept.
There is no apartheid in Israel. Israeli Arabs and blacks are not institutionally segregated from, and have the same rights as Israeli Jews and whites, take govt positions etc. The closest thing to apartheid is arab Muslim countries. And the woke DEI cult HR policies in here Canada to preferentially hire POC and “non-binary”.
Ethnic majority and ethnic nationalism are not the same thing.
