This is the girl that setup was easy and when I got to the location she ghosted me. That's when the extortion text messages started coming in. Dude saying they would send people to my house to hurt me and my family, I was wasting his girls time BLA BLA BLA...

Some chick tried to pull that crap on my buddy one time and right after he paid her bf came out and had a knife and said get out. Only problem is that the guy was like 5’6 and my buddy is 6’6 and knows multiple martial arts. He got his money back that night and it’s always funny when they scam the wrong people! He’s lucky he didn’t end up with anything broken!
One thing that everyone should be aware of is that often these scammers have nothing to lose, which makes them very dangerous.
Although your buddy got out with his safe with his cash, it could have gone the opposite way.
Be careful everyone - like anyone else, I hate to lose cash and feel like a victim, sometimes it's better than the worst case scenario.
I found it amusing more so because if you saw my buddy you would back down or walk away as he not only looks tough but he can be genuine psycho when pushed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone trying anything unless they were confident in that scenario but sometimes those desperate people also end up getting what they deserve as well!
